However, we do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or success. You acknowledge that implementation of any advice or strategies is solely your responsibility.

3. Purchase and Payment Terms

All purchases are one-time payments and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us (or our third party payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the full amount, including applicable taxes.

4. Access and Term

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased Services for one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services during your access period, provided that such changes do not materially reduce the overall value of the Services.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only within fourteen (14) days of the launch of the course or digital product:

Refunds will only be granted if:

• You have accessed, streamed, downloaded, or viewed all content for the first two modules of the course.

• You have completed all exercises in the first two modules of the course on the course community forum.

To request a refund, you must contact us in writing at info@brianclouse.com within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, downloads, recordings, trademarks, and logos, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal, non commercial use only during the access term.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share login credentials or allow others to access your account;

• Record, reproduce, or redistribute course or coaching content;

• Use the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes;

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this section without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or earnings.

Your success depends on many factors outside our control, including your effort, experience, and external circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability
